Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build and ship high-quality work alongside designers, engineers and product managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Keep quality, performance and reliability high in everything you deliver.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and apply them to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role with work you can show.
• Strong fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Experience with version control tools, especially Git.
• Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
